I hired Chad to do some work on my rental property, replacing exterior doors and rebuilding a small deck. I was so pleased with his work that I have hired him to do work on my home. He has replace a sliding glass door, front door and storm door, many interior doors and kitchen window! All done in a professional and timely manner and his rates are very reasonable and he is honest and very fair with his time management!! (some of the jobs are hourly some bid per job). I have him scheduled to do siding n my shop and some fixes on my house siding as well as painting it all to match!!

I called Chad to install new flooring for us. We are redoing our flooring in the whole house. We were wanting to try this new flooring and see if we were going to like it. Well we love it! So we called him back and ordered more flooring and hired him to install it again! Chad is on time, easy to work with, professional, efficient, reliable, and a craftsman at his trade.
